The Springfield Mall Shopper’s Club is a community of smart shoppers who enjoy the mall’s selection of popular stores in an environment that’s easy to shop. By becoming a member of the Springfield Mall Shopper’s Club, you will have access to exclusive member benefits and great family events.

Membership is free and all you need to do is fill out an application available at the Customer Service Center.

The Giggle Gang is Springfield Mall’s interactive club just for parents and kids ages one to five! Enjoy time together the first and third Thursday of each month at 10:30am , while learning important lessons relating to the environment and surrounding community. Meet on the mall’s lower level to visit with real zoo animals, participate in kid-focused exercises, learn how to make art from recycled materials, and so much more! Plus membership is FREE! To join, mom or dad just needs to be a member of the Springfield Mall Shopper’s Club. Applications are available at Customer Service.
